I hold a certificate of completion from the Pediatric Health Coach Academy, and I’m NBHWC (the gold standard of health and wellness certification) trained. I am an NBHWC-certified master health and wellness coach. Being an NBHWC-certified health coach is considered the gold standard because it signifies a high level of professional competence, ethical practice, and rigorous training. The National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) sets and maintains the highest national standards for the profession.
Drawing on a decade of experience helping children, teens, and families optimize their health through behavioral modification tools and holistic practices, I’m deeply committed to this work.
My specialty is pre-teens, teens, and young adults. The behavioral change and motivational techniques also apply to adults, and I have also coached seniors. All ages are welcome!
